The team also provided consulting and change management support to all business units on technical and project management practices.

Sr. Director of Intel Emergent Systems and Transformation

Responsible for leading a sizeable multi-country department focused on software development and testing, development infrastructure, and coaching Agile methods. Teams worked on critical products for enabling and optimizing systems with Intel graphics technology. This included performance analysis tools, SDKs, and applications demonstrating how to use Intel graphics effectively. Also led the Agility Catalyst Team that was responsible for driving the Agile transformation across Intel. Activities included training and building Agile teams, growing coaches and leaders, and running the annual Intel Agile Conference. This team was responsible for helping to enable most of the growth of Agile and Lean methods inside Intel.

Sr. Engineering Manager of Advanced Visual Computing and Director Agile Transformation

Responsible for divisional leadership of 10+ of Agile/user-centric software development teams focused on delivering applications and system solutions for Intel’s vPro technology. Responsible for Intel's brand verification suite that was used by all major OEMs to show compliance with Intel's branding guidelines.

Sr. Engineering Manager of BCPD Software Engineering

Responsible for the development and deployment of the first Intel-wide software qualification specification. Managed a team of quality engineers responsible for implementing quality and reliability standards for platform ingredients that supported the VIIV, Centrino, and VPro extended brands. Also owned building an Intel-wide software development community of practice and worked with both university and industry teams to build a stronger engineering competency in development methods.

Built and managed a new worldwide organization that was responsible for developing and deploying key methodologies, information management software, and platform automation. This included software for coverage analysis and methods for measuring test effectiveness.  Responsible for managing software and validation engineers in the US and India.  This group received one of Intel's top awards for operational excellence--the Corporate Software Quality Award.

Graphics Validation Architecture and Software Development Manager

Responsible for the development and validation of Intel’s latest graphics chipsets.  Focused on the 3D graphics core in our GPU, and developed several key graphics applications and hardware to ensure components performed as intended.

Sr. Graphics Hardware Engineer

Responsible for creating a system validation capability to test the laptop proliferation of Intel’s 486 and Pentium microprocessors.  As the validation manager, I was responsible for the cross-site system validation testing of the 386/486SL-9600 processors. This included the writing of qualification plans, leading hardware development, software qualification tests, reporting results to the silicon development team, and maintaining an around-the-clock interface with Intel Japan.

Responsible for the system-level verification of Intel’s latest microprocessors. This involved the development of system hardware and software applications to verify the proper operation of the components in all operating modes.  During these evaluations, I obtained an in-depth knowledge of the 386, 860, 486, 486SL, and Pentium system platforms.
