As a person in charge of sales and partnerships within our organisation, I am in touch with many people - building relationships with new prospects and maintaining relationships with current partners and clients.

By testing a few CRM solutions I came to the conclusion that Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) was the most suitable solution for our organisation and therefore I decided to implement it and do the administrative work for it.

Ustvarjam interaktivne delavnice, ki spodbujajo aktivno učenje in sodelovanje med udeleženci. Skozi različne metode poučevanja zagotavljam, da so vsebine dostopne in razumljive.

2. Izvajanje programov

Vodenje delavnic, kjer aktivno sodelujem z udeleženci, jih motiviram in usmerjam pri učenju. Uporabljam različna orodja in tehnike za izboljšanje učnega procesa.

3. Ocenjevanje in povratne informacije

Redno zbiram povratne informacije od udeležencev ter evalviram učinkovitost programov, kar mi omogoča nenehno izboljševanje vsebin in metod.

4. Sodelovanje pri specifičnih projektih

Pobuda, ki sem jih vodila, je projekt "Digitalna transformacija malih podjetij", kjer smo razvili program usposabljanja za zaposlene, ki želijo izboljšati svoje digitalne kompetence. Uspešno smo izvedli več delavnic, ki so privedle do povečanja digitalne prisotnosti vsakega sodelujočega podjetja.

5. Spodbujanje inovacij

Aktivno iščem nove priložnosti za izboljšanje učnega procesa, vključno z integracijo novih tehnologij in pristopov, ki povečujejo angažiranost udeležencev.
