A intralogística ainda tem muitos paradigmas a serem desafiados. 👊🏻

Em vez das tradicionais estruturas porta-paletes (racks fixos), uma possível combinação tecnológica traz: 

1️⃣ Ponte rolante automatizada 
(gantry)
2️⃣ Gripper multi-palete (capaz de levantar até 4 paletes empilhados)
3️⃣ Armazenagem rackless com montantes empilháveis
4️⃣ RGV no piso para movimentação interna
5️⃣ Robô para carregamento automático de caminhões

É uma especie de Rackless Crane AS/RS, que amplia a densidade de estocagem em operações de 8 a 10 m de altura.

💡 Observe que o gripper, com capacidade de movimentar vários paletes simultaneamente, que assegura uma boa gestão do reshuffling (reorganização, redistribuição).

Ou seja:
