"I can't find a unique angle"

"Everything interesting has already been said"

“This feels cringe”

“What works for them won’t work for me”

“I want to do it my way”

"It's a saturated market, the world doesn't need another person saying the same thing as everyone else"

"They got lucky because they started building their personal brand early"

These are all comfortable lies people tell themselves to avoid taking action.

The reason why people fail at building their personal brand online is not because they aren't unique. 

👉 They fail because of 4 things:

1. They neglect to learn how to actually build their personal brand efficiently and adapt to the platform
2. They are terrified what other people think of them and quit the moment they get feedback 
3. They have no strategy and quit after 2-3 months
4. They never get started

The only difference between someone who has 2,500 followers and 200,000 followers is stamina.

Annoying, but true 💯

The more AI we use, the more human brands will matter.

If you’re not using yours to its full potential, you’re missing out on both business and career opportunities.

Ray Kroc was 52 years old when he walked into a small California restaurant in 1954 and realized something most people missed.

What caught Ray’s attention wasn’t the food. 

It was the speed, consistency, and repeatability behind it.

He saw a SYSTEM.

That restaurant was run by the McDonald brothers.

Before that moment, Ray wasn’t a tech founder or a media executive.

He sold milkshake machines.

Ray didn’t “found” McDonalds at 52. 

He became the franchising agent and started scaling the model nationwide.

At that age, most people would have advised.

Or invested a little.
Or walked away.

Ray committed 💯

He standardized operations.
Protected consistency.

And, with the help of Harry Sonneborn, unlocked the real leverage: a real estate-led franchise structure that made the business scalable and defensible.

That structure later became the ENGINE behind McDonald’s.

In 1961, Ray bought the company outright from the McDonald brothers.

Ray succeeded because he had:

1. Decades of sales experience
2. Pattern recognition
3. The confidence to back his judgment
4. The patience to build systems

Experience brings LEVERAGE.

Everyone wants to be a creator these days.

Successful creators follow a set of reliable steps:

1. Know your niche and audience

The most common early mistake is trying to be everything for everyone.

To stand out, you need a specific focus and audience 💯

That doesn’t mean you can’t talk about different topics though.

It just means you need to be clear on:

- What do you want to be known for?
- Who are you talking to?
- What problem do you solve?
- What unique perspective do you bring?

It should be reflected in your profile and tagline.

This clarity makes content easier to plan and increases the chance someone stops scrolling and engages.

2. Build a personal brand, not just posts

Platforms are crowded.
↳Repetition and noise won’t get you noticed.

Creators who grow consistently treat their presence like a brand:

- Consistent tone and style
- Regular publishing schedule
- Content that connects emotionally before it informs

This is how followers become fans.
↳ And fans become opportunities.

You need to build trust before you can monetize it.

3. Create intentional content and stick with it

Posting random updates doesn’t build momentum.

Successful creators are intentional:

- They publish regularly
- They learn from data (what resonated, what didn’t)
- They iterate and improve

It’s not about viral posts.
↳ It’s about consistent signal over time.

AI and tools help with production, but strategy and consistency drive impact.

Remember to:

- Add emotional depth, skip the shallow posts
- Use pictures of yourself (1-2 per week)
- Don’t just teach. Show struggles, dreams, failures, inspire, and entertain
- Rotate formats: lists, stories, visuals, lessons

4. One offer

Most creators don’t struggle with content. They struggle with CLARITY.

They have too many offers.
