I don't know who needs to hear this, but you don’t need anyone’s permission to start your idea. 

and you definitely don’t need a new online certification. 

You just need to start. 

It's no different than traveling to a new country, or stepping into some backcountry. 

As the Icelandic would say.. there's no such thing as bad weather, only bad gear ⛈️ 

There might even be a little embarrassment at times. 

But I promise you, it's far less than you think because everyone respects you for going for it.

and you know.. deep down.. that not going for it would hurt far more than any short term "lessons" 

If you're still not convinced, my dad would say.. 

Those that care, don't matter. 
And those that matter, don't care. 

So be dareful out there. 

The path often opens up only once you're on it. 

While most feel stuck and waiting for permission to get started, all you need to do is take the first step. 

Not when you feel ready or know all the answers. 

Certainly not when your idea is "venture backable"

Start small. 

Start SCARED. 

Just start.

Ryan and I go way back (from high school) and is one of those people who can connect with anyone.

Couldn’t be more excited to see him join Mirth and already making an impact.

Bullish would be an understatement.

Super excited to be starting at Mirth as an Area Sales Manager! To start this will be part-time as I continue as a Crew Member at Trader Joe's, but the eventual goal is to really give this my all and help take Mirth Water to the next level. Mirth Water has super clean ingredients: organic fruit juice, sparkling water, and clinically backed electrolytes from Buoy Hydration, that's it! Plus we are genuinely trying to do things in the most sustainable way possible.

If you know of any businesses that might be interested in trying Mirth Water out please let me know! Grocery stores, breweries, co-working spaces/employee break rooms...you name it! And if they are in the Chicagoland area I would be happy to drop off some samples in person :)
