• Hired, trained, and supervised a team of staff and young professionals who support civic engagement and leadership development initiatives for a population of 7,500+ undergraduate students
• Established the curriculum and evaluated the ongoing assessment of the Community Engagement and Leadership Pillars apart of the Experiential Education and Learning (ExEL) graduation requirement, which exposes students to hands-on learning opportunities that helps students reach their personal and professional goals
• Strengthened relationships with local community affiliates by establishing a tiered partnership Community Affiliate Registration system resulting in increased student engagement by 20% in leadership and community service opportunities

• Developed and facilitated training and workshops that focused on leadership, civic engagement, and job readiness

•Worked collaboratively with a Peer Mentor (TA) to enhance the classroom experience for students

First Year Experience Instructor

Ithaca College

•Appointed as co-advisor of the Diversity Peer Educators, a group of 12 undergraduate student leaders that seek to improve cultural awareness and understanding in the Ithaca College community through interactive workshops on diversity and social justice
•Assisted with the planning and implementation of the annual Cross Cultural Leadership Retreat that seeks to explore various aspects of diversity and their relationship to leadership

Co-Advisor, Diversity Peer Educators

Leadership and Relationship Management
• Selected, trained, and managed a staff of 15 Resident Assistants focusing on leadership, emergency management and diversity and social justice
• Independently addressed student crisis, emergency issues, and policy violations by implementing appropriate resolutions for an on-campus population of approximately 5,300 students
• Served as a trusted counseling resource for students, providing guidance and support to promote academic success and overall well-being and provide additional referral and resources as appropriate 

Program Creation and Operations
• Led Resident Assistants in development of large-scale programming efforts for upperclassmen community members which focused on diversity, interpersonal relationships, and community engagement
• Managed financial activities and expenditures for Resident Assistant programming, staff development, office supplies and residential learning communities totaling approximately $20,000
• Appointed as co-chair of the Resident Assistant Training Committee to design 10-day training for 135 para-professional staff members also inclusive of online training modules for new and returning staff

•Drove accountability and professional development of 7 Community Assistants through team management
•Advised a village council of 6 executive board members in order to develop leadership skills and programs to meet the needs of a diverse upperclassmen apartment complex
•Provided on-call duty response to assist and counsel students in crisis, resolve maintenance and facility issues and serve as a resource and referral agent for students and staff in an area of 2,200 undergraduate and graduate students
•Collaborated with campus colleagues and outside contractors to assist with the organization and implementation of the apartment turnover process and check-in/out procedures

•Managed a yearly budget of $2,400 dedicated to paraprofessional staff programming
