•	Redesigned training program that led plant, with 50% new workforce, to hit record breaking production numbers, double certification completion, and increase operator performance.
•	Supervised training department of six direct reports that supports manufacturing plant of 700+ employees.
•	Managed training budget: ensure funding is dispersed to accommodate entire plant
•	Revamped all plant wide required safety training to make content more engaging, reducing training time and cost.
•	Designed a standardized approach to identify training needs and create programming to support employees ranging from operators to engineers.
