Designed and implemented centre-led global Procurement organization, team structure, and governance.  Hired and trained the team.  Managed a matrix organization or 50.

Delivered $28MM in savings over the first two years and an additional $25MM in incremental value while managing yearly aggregated spend of over $1.5 billion.

Drove project / category management and Lean Six Sigma techniques to direct and develop sustainable sourcing strategies and initiatives.

Global responsibility for direct (packaging), indirect spend (all) and capital equipment for the Pharmaceuctical Technologies & Services divison including 34 sites on 5 continents - 3 direct reports and 25 indirect reports.  Delivered year over year double digit savings.  

Managed global strategic sourcing program in Europe via a matrix based team - 2 direct reports and 14 indirect reports.  Developed and executed detailed and strategic change management plans to successfully integrate all CAH business units with an aligned sourcing strategy.  This was a tremendously rewarding experience.  

Led the CAH Global Packaging Forum that focused on synergistic opportunities to to create excellence through collaboration and innovation.
