We started Willow Tree when we bought our 2nd house and kept our other one to put on Airbnb. My wife and I completely redid the house and learned market strategy for Airbnb, starting an LLC, using a HELOC, tax strategies to owning an investment property and so much more. It has been an amazing journey. 

We are currently doing vacation rental arbitrage where we rent long term from a landlord and put that property up for short term rentals. We created a win-win scenario! The landlord wins because we manage the property for him, he gets paid regularly (our firstfruits go to cover rent and costs), and we win as we get to make profit!

We also manage properties for other Short Term Rental and Vacation Rental Owners. We help from the beginning of the process, consulting, interior design, and management.
