With a computer science background from Cornell and experience across cloud observability and GTM at companies operating at massive scale, I’ve seen firsthand how much revenue teams lose to slow complex sales admin and manual prep. Katalyst was born to fix this.

Established in 2018, Inversion Consultancy LLP originated with a simple yet impactful vision: to assist startups in their expansion by addressing their marketing, IT, and HR requirements. As we grew, our focus shifted to becoming a comprehensive HR consultancy, facilitating Startups, MSMEs and SMEs in accessing a network of specialized consultants across diverse business functions. Today, we are dedicated to empowering startups with tailored solutions and expert guidance to navigate their growth journey effectively.

🚀 Joined as Category Lead post-acquisition, ensuring seamless transition from Foxmula to Expertrons.

💼 Steered B2C team operations within a month, optimizing sales strategies and operational efficiency.

💡 Pioneered the establishment of the B2B wing, facilitating channel partners with resource utilization for increased revenue.

🌐 Spearheaded the Company Alliance wing, successfully onboarding new firms for cross-selling opportunities.

🎓 Conceptualized and launched the Expertrons Career Foundation program for the B2B model, accelerating outreach to tier 2 and tier 3 markets.

Menerva Tech

Menerva began as a SaaS platform aimed at assisting colleges, universities, and institutes in delivering their programs in a hybrid setting while ensuring comfort for both students and teachers. Our product is uniquely designed not only to serve educational institutions but also to support edtech founders in the end-to-end delivery of their programs.

After beta testing with 4-5 colleges and engaging around 2000 active users, we realized the strong synergy between Menerva and an edtech company in which I am also an investor. As a result, Menerva will soon hit the market alongside their other offerings, further enhancing the educational landscape.

Foxmula, a pioneering EdTech platform, has empowered countless users to obtain MNC certifications and achieve career milestones through placements and internships. Acquired by Expertrons Technologies in May 2023.

Experience at Foxmula:

· Founded Foxmula as a two-person team, managing complete sales, operations, and support.
· Learned the intricacies of leadership on the job, evolving into the role of CEO as the team expanded.
