I’m the Co-Founder & CEO of Katalyst, a New York City-based startup where we’re building AI agents for enterprise sales teams. Our mission is simple: make every account executive dramatically more effective by giving them an AI colleague that understands their pipeline, surfaces what matters and automates admin. 
With a computer science background from Cornell and experience across cloud observability and GTM at companies operating at massive scale, I’ve seen firsthand how much revenue teams lose to slow complex sales admin and manual prep. Katalyst was born to fix this.

- Conceptualizing the design of cutting-edge GenAI products tailored for SAP SuccessFactors modules with a focus on user-centric design principles and usability testing.
- Creating a unified manager experience by harnessing data from several sources, offering a single, intuitive platform for managers to efficiently handle daily and urgent tasks with the power of AI-generated insights.
- Reimagining the Learning platform by converting user data into complete task flows and UI designs for a smarter and more efficient experience.

I interpreted functional requirements of the smart contract to add appropriate features in the smart code using Node.js taking into consideration various use cases for clients situated in the United States as well as Europe.
I extracted wells data from WITSML servers to integrate into the company’s SQL database for further use.
I standardized the invoicing procedure for clients by creating a reusable repository for all smart contracts.

I supervised 17 board members to ensure smooth functioning of the Engineering mentorship program.
Our matching system for mentors and mentees was quite basic. I revamped the matching system to include interests and goals for 1000+ mentees and 300+ mentors.
I was the co-lead of Outreach Team: Leading a team of 4 to design posters, flyers, t-shirts, presentations as well as increase social media presence (Facebook and Instagram) to promote the club.

I designed sketches and high-fidelity mockups for a new website for the startup to conveniently connect users to 50+ causes and charities.
I established a style guide and worked in a cross functional team of designers, developers, and managers.
I charted out a user flow after incorporating market research, techniques of personalization and habit creation.

I designed and cleaned artwork for screen-printed products, posters and t-shirts using Adobe Illustrator.
I communicated with customers to ensure their requirements are met in a timely manner and they have a positive experience at the on-campus store.
I kept track of inventory, number of items sold and incoming product on a monthly basis.

I designed screens and features using Adobe Xd to make mental health support more accessible.
I collaborated in cross-team environment with developers and researchers to negotiate design solutions for creating an impactful peer mentorship platform.

Diversity and Inclusion in Product and Data @ UCLA

I was in-charge of creating the logo, Facebook page covers and frames for the newly founded Data and Product club. I collaborated with the founders to help bring their vision to life and establish brand awareness.
I helped in redesigning aspects of the website to create positive engagement with current and prospective club members.

UCLA DataRes

As a founding member of the premier Data Science club, I designed the logo, the website, banners and promotional content. I communicated with the Co-Presidents to create the brand guidelines according to their mission and vision.
I was also a data blogger at the club. Along with another blogger, I analyzed data from Rotten Tomatoes using R and found various trends in movie ratings by critics and audience.

I am passionate about exploring the intersection of data and design through a human-centered approach. With a strong emphasis on collaboration and teamwork, I thrive in environments where I can learn and grow. My motto is “Be comfortable being uncomfortable!”

Outside of my professional pursuits, I engage in Odissi (an Indian classical dance form), enjoy traveling, appreciate sunsets at the beach, and love dogs. 

I'm excited about the potential to contribute and innovate in this dynamic field.
