GTM doesn’t break overnight.
It breaks slowly - in the whispers, not the alarms.

It breaks when reps stop following up consistently.
When deals stall in mid-funnel for ‘no reason.’
When CRM updates lag by a week.
When the team confuses activity with progress.
When leaders keep pushing for more top-of-funnel volume instead of fixing the leaks right in front of them.

For a long time, I confused a ‘busy’ pipeline with a ‘healthy’ one.

We had deals.
We had calls.
We had demos.
We had activity.

But deals weren’t moving.

The loud failure happens when revenue misses the quarter.
The quiet failure happens months before - when deals start losing momentum silently and you don’t notice.

The turning point for us was seeing deals die not because of product fit, but because of:
→ fragmented data
→ tool overload
→ lost context
→ slow engagement
→ lack of multi-threading
→ reps stretched too thin

The fix wasn’t more tools.
It wasn’t more leads.
It wasn’t more sequences.

It was simply this:
Care more about the deals you already have than the leads you don’t.

GTM teams rarely fail because they don’t generate enough interest.
They fail because they can’t convert the interest they already earned.

When did you realize your GTM wasn’t failing loudly - it was failing quietly?

Most teams obsess over top of funnel.
Very few obsess over the middle of the funnel - and that’s exactly where most deals die.

It’s comfortable to generate more leads, buy more lists, fire off more sequences, push volume. It feels like progress.

It’s much harder to admit that your existing opportunities aren’t moving because:

Your CRM is fragmented.
Your data lives in 6 different tools.
Your reps lose context.
Your follow-ups are inconsistent.
Your pipeline signals are weak.
Your team can’t multi-thread effectively.
and only the top 20% of sellers actually know how to build relationships.

I saw this firsthand.
Back when I was running sales alone with 15+ deals in the pipeline, I’d see prospects slowly reduce replies, lose context, or disappear altogether.

Not because the deal wasn’t a good fit.
But because I failed to engage them at the right moments.

Deals don’t fall through loudly.

They leak quietly.

The root cause?
People, process, and tooling - all misaligned.

The fix?
Shift from ‘more leads’ → ‘more momentum on existing deals.’

Because optimizing the middle of the funnel requires:

Consistent value at every touch.
Better signals.
Cleaner context.
Vertical AI that understands your pipeline and moves deals forward.
And leadership willing to invest in the hard things.

It’s not glamorous.
But it’s the difference between revenue engine and revenue theatre.

P.S. What’s one GTM problem you think companies still pretend doesn’t exist?

As a founder, I spent too long solving the wrong problem.

We thought our ‘customer’ was the salesperson - the rep trying to get through their daily workflow, juggling 6 different tools, updating CRM, fighting data redundancy, trying to squeeze more output out of broken systems. 

It made sense at the time. Engineers are trained to obsess over the end user. So we followed that instinct: fix the rep’s pain, improve their daily workflow, give them superpowers.

But the more we built, the more something felt off.

Reps loved the product. Usage was high. Feature requests kept coming.

But no one wanted to pay.

Because the real customer wasn’t the user.

It was the CRO - the person responsible for revenue, funnels, team performance, and targets.

Their pain was completely different.
- Deals stuck in mid-funnel.
- 60 - 70% of sellers are underperforming.
- Reps drowning in admin work.
- No visibility, no signals, no momentum.

We were solving workflow pain when the buying power cared about revenue pain.

The turning point?
When 50+ reps from enterprise companies onboarded to our platform and not a single one had the agency - or budget - to buy what they were using.

That’s when it clicked:
Build for the buyer. Not the user.

I extracted client data from RStudio, MySQL, Iris Vision and other data mining sources and then complied that data in excel. This included prescriptive analytics, performance, views, retention, experience, lift, bounce rate, quarterly analysis, month over month analysis, and other variables that varied by client. My reports also included graphical representations in the form of heat-maps, and charts which aided in overall comprehension of the data. I left the event more grounded, more inspired, and more committed to the long game.

I’ve been holding everything together for months - building multiple companies in public, streaming for hours a day, raising capital, debugging product, onboarding new systems, jumping between 9 different channels.

Yesterday it hit me how easy it is to forget that I’m still just one person.

The weight sneaks up quietly.
Then suddenly it’s in your chest.

That mix of purpose, exhaustion, momentum, fear.

People see the output - the streams, the traction, the optimism.
They don’t see the part where you’re trying to keep the entire structure standing while making sure nobody feels the cracks you’re carrying.

I’m learning that the emotional weight isn’t the enemy.
It’s the signal that you’re on the edge of becoming someone new.

Building in public exposes everything.
But it also forces you to grow faster than you thought you could.

Building in public forces a different kind of growth. 

When you build privately, you can hide your confusion.
Your mistakes.
Your fear.

When you build publicly, everything is visible. the decisions, the pivots, the broken pieces.

At first, it’s uncomfortable.

Eventually, it becomes a superpower.

You stop performing.
You start refining.

The market learns you.
You learn the market.
Trust compounds.

Public building is pressure, but it's also clarity.

AI doesn't replace people. It replaces the version of you that refuses to adapt. 

The founders who win in 2025 won’t be the ones with all the answers.

They’ll be the ones who learn faster than the environment shifts.

Leverage isn’t optional anymore.
It’s the cost of staying relevant.

The moment it clicked for me was onboarding my assistant.
She went from overwhelmed → extremely capable in a matter of hours.

The baseline skill level in society is unbelievably low.
Once AI becomes even slightly more intuitive, output will explode for the people who lean in - and collapse for everyone else.

We’re about to see a gap form that nobody is prepared for.

And it won’t be about money or access.
It’ll be about willingness to adapt.

People see momentum. They don't see the weight. 

Right now I’m building multiple companies in public.
Raising capital.
Streaming daily.
Fixing product.
Onboarding teams.
Running events.
Rebuilding distribution loops.
Navigating Discord.
Trying to be everywhere at once.

And at the same time, I’m holding the emotional energy for everyone around me - optimism, stability, certainty.

The truth is: some days it feels like everything could collapse.
Other days it feels like I’m inches from the biggest breakthrough of my life.

That tension is the actual founder journey.
Not the highlight reel.

Founders underestimate how chaotic real distribution is. 

The deeper I go into Discord and creator culture, the more it feels like the early Bitcoin mining days - messy, unpredictable, tribal.

No rules.
No clean frameworks.
Just raw chaos.

Yesterday I spent hours hopping between servers, absorbing the culture in real time, talking to people who basically live online.

And it hit me:

The future belongs to founders who can navigate chaos and culture at the same time. 

You can’t outsource this.
You can’t “hire a community manager” and hope they understand the culture better than you.

Distribution is becoming a cultural skillset, not a marketing function.

The founders who win will be the ones who learn how to move inside the chaos without losing themselves.

bitcoin mining is the most transparent, verifiable, regulated, cleanly-audited way to acquire bitcoin on earth.
it’s the opposite of the speculation they claim to be protecting against.

but when you threaten the old model
when you give people a way to participate without intermediaries
when you make sovereignty accessible
the system treats you like a problem

it’s easier for them to lump bitcoin into the same category as whatever token launched last week than to admit what mining actually represents.

permissionless access.
self-custody.
energy-backed independence.
a level playing field.

this wasn’t a compliance decision.
it was a censorship moment disguised as policy.

but here’s the thing:
bitcoin was built for moments like this.

I’m not discouraged.
I’m not slowing down.
and I’m definitely not asking for permission.
