We thought building an AI product would mean automation from day 1.

It did not.

When our first users came in, a lot of the work was still manual.

And honestly, that turned out to be the best thing for us.

One of the things I’ve realised while building Buzzli is the need to understand the customer in and out.

Today, some of our earliest customers are helping us shape the product and also pushing us to think differently.

That is also why it becomes important to build a strong relationship with them.

One of our customers helped us shape the Research Agent, which automates complete LinkedIn content research, creation, and posting.

Another customer helped us introduce a completely new offering of Custom Content Agents, which is now helping us grow steadily.

Both customers have been early adopters of Buzzli, and their feedback has given us clear direction.

So the reality is this:

In a world where AI can help you build products quickly, the real game-changer is not just the tech.
