I started running way back in 2009. 

I never realized the decision would change the way I think and treat my body.

This also forced me to look deeper into the rising health and fitness issues in India, which is the 3rd most obese country in the world.

I realised, the problem does not lie with us. It lies with the system.

Welcoming 2026 with a view of 2025!

Last year reminded me of one simple thing: people don’t struggle with talent on LinkedIn, they struggle with starting.

In 2025, through Buzzli:

There is a link between running and mental clarity.

This is something I realized when I started running way back in 2008, to incorporate some form of exercise into my daily routine.

In just 30 mins I realized the power of consistent movement.

The effect wasn't just physical; it was mental as well.

I'd never had so much mental clarity in ages.

From then on, running became my "meditation in motion".

17 years later, I use it as my biggest tool to rejuvenate, relax, and just clear my mind.

Hopefully, I'll stick with it forever.

𝐑𝐮𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 = 𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐢𝐧 𝐌𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧

LinkedIn is at a very interesting point right now.

The platform has crossed 1.2 billion+ members globally.

India alone has 135+ million professionals on LinkedIn.

Over 65 million people actively use it to explore jobs, careers, and 
opportunities.

So attention is clearly there.

But here’s the more important stat that doesn’t show up on dashboards:

Most professionals are present on LinkedIn , but very few are actually building a personal brand.

That gap is the opportunity.

If you observe the platform closely:

- A large majority consume content daily
- A smaller percentage post occasionally
- A tiny fraction post intentionally and consistently

Which means visibility is still underpriced. But, here are some important things to remember if you are starting out:

1. You don’t need to focus on virality from the get go.
2. You don’t need to post every day single day
3. You don’t need to position yourself as an expert from day zero.

What you do need is:

- Clarity on what you’re learning or working on
- The ability to articulate your thinking
- Consistency over a long enough period

That’s it.

I would say, today is a great day to get started, to sow the seeds and reap the benefits of it for days, months and years to come.

Your personal brand is something that will stay with you for a long long time.
