We thought building an AI product would mean automation from day 1.

It did not.

When our first users came in, a lot of the work was still manual.

And honestly, that turned out to be the best thing for us.

Because doing things manually helped us understand:

-What users actually struggle with
-What kind of outputs work
-Where things break

Things we would have never figured out by sitting and building features.

That phase shaped how we think about product even today.

So, our learning is - before you try to scale something, make sure you truly understand it.

My early experience building Buzzli

One of the things I’ve realised while building Buzzli is the need to understand the customer in and out.

Today, some of our earliest customers are helping us shape the product and also pushing us to think differently.

That is also why it becomes important to build a strong relationship with them.

For example:

One of our customers helped us shape the Research Agent, which automates complete LinkedIn content research, creation, and posting.

Another customer helped us introduce a completely new offering of Custom Content Agents, which is now helping us grow steadily.

Both customers have been early adopters of Buzzli, and their feedback has given us clear direction.

So the reality is this:

In a world where AI can help you build products quickly, the real game-changer is not just the tech.

It is how many of your users become long term customers who trust your solution and also help shape it.

That is what truly compounds.

Doing things manually helped us understand the problem.

But turning that into a system was much harder than we expected.

When we started working closely with users, we realised something:

The real struggle was not writing.

It was:

- What to post
- How to structure it
- How to stay consistent

That is where the idea of the Research Agent came from.

We wanted to build something that could take a simple input and handle the entire process end to end.

From topic → research → structured post → publishing.

It took time.

A lot of iterations.
A lot of learning.

But today, it has become one of the most used features on Buzzli

And it all started from doing things manually.
