Responsible for setting up and managing R&D teams across multiple locations (India and US) to deliver quality software products for the customers of UL EHS, Learning, and Sustainability Software & Services. Further I managed India based staff augmentation vendor partners for two divisions of UL. 

I was responsible for managing complete technology stack for my assigned product portfolio. I helped US based business units of UL for Software product development, Quality Assurance, Test Automation, ETL, BI and DevOps for their products in Healthcare, Education, Employee Safety, ELearning, Medical EMR System for medicine clinics and hospitals etc.

Shared responsibility of leading Offshore Software Engineering Services Department for all the S/W products offered by UL PureSafety and manage vendor(s) for related outsourcing needs. With help of a dynamic team of direct reports spread across four locations in US and India, took care of QA department and shared team for roles like DBA and Reports development.

Lead the team of software engineers to develop eLearning platform for online health and safety training for employees of large enterprises.

Besides our product, I was responsible for supporting various products owned by other Kaplan business units for outsourcing their LMS platform development, custom software development and staff augmentation in India including Business Analysts, Architects, Developers (Java, .Net, ColdFusion), DBAs, QA, UI and product support engineers.
