In Learning & Development:

•Assisted the L&D Manager with organizing multiple workshops, ensuring everything was done in a timely manner.
•Was heavily involved in the organizing of a Mental Health Awareness Week by joining brain-storming sessions and planning and scheduling chosen workshops around the topic. I was trusted to announce and go through the overall program at our company's all-hands meeting. 
•Helped implement a workplace learning platform (Learnerbly) and took the role of an admin to support employees and ensure the platform's steady flow.

-While completing my military service, I was part of the Psycho-social Care Group and responsible for the soldiers' physical and mental health assessment.

•Interviewed, observed, and evaluated soldiers in order to gain necessary information for psychological diagnosis.
•Conducted supportive counseling sessions for soldiers that had difficulties adjusting to the military environment.

I am a curious and proactive Organizational Psychologist with hands-on experience in Learning & Development, Recruitment, and Consultancy in health, military, and corporate settings. In my most recent role at McKinsey & Company, I worked with a diverse and talented team of recruiters, consultants, and data scientists, to attract, assess, and hire the best candidates for our technical teams. In the past, I have also organized and facilitated multiple workshops, events, and programs around topics such as mental health, diversity and inclusion, and personal development.

I love to combine my people and analytical skills to solve the most challenging problems. I am a lifelong learner and I am constantly looking for ways to learn beyond my role and further develop my growth mindset.
