HABA-SPED LOGISTICS (POLAND) Sp. z o.o.

HABA-SPED is a global logistics provider with nearly 100 offices worldwide. At the time of market entry into Poland, it operated as a startup and unrecognized brand.

•	Developed and executed go-to-market strategy, reaching break-even within 7 months from launch.
