It comes from building from your authentic edge—not someone else's blueprint.

That's why I created the Inside-Out Visibility Framework.

Most LinkedIn advice is outside-in (copy what works for others, chase the algorithm, post daily or die).

My approach is inside-out: Start with WHO you are. Then build everything else from there.

THE FRAMEWORK:

1. Clarify your authentic edge (your unique combination of experience, values, strengths)
2. Craft your Aligned Positioning (who you serve, what makes you different, why you're the obvious choice)
3. Translate it into content that sounds like YOU and attracts your people

In the sea of AI slob, this is how you stand out ↓

HAVE A SPINE.

Because AI can't replicate:
your beliefs + values + essence.

Write with conviction, not for approval.

Whenever you want to overexplain, don't.
Whenever you want to filter yourself, don't.
Whenever you want to hide your truth, don't.

Instead:

- spend more time studying yourself
- spend more time living your core values
- spend more time clarifying what you stand for

Then let your content flow from that.

People don't relate with perfect.
People relate to raw & honest.

I judge people based on their appearance.

There, I said it.

I'm talking about AI images.
And how they're destroying your reputation.

I recently got on a call with a well-known creator.

20K+ followers.
Triple-digit engagement.

In hundreds of posts, she had built this flawless supermodel persona.

But somehow, the person I met on the call looked nothing like the pictures.

I'm not talking light filters here and there.

I'm talking a completely different person.
And completely different confidence.

In that moment, I felt uncomfortable.

I don't choose who I work with based on how they look.

I choose based on competence and chemistry.

But when someone's offline and online persona look that different?

It does make me trust them less.

Sure, put your best face forward.

But your photo exists to create familiarity.

So when people meet you live, they feel like they already know you.

Not like they've been catfished.

Not a joke. I had a bike accident the first time my post went viral.

This is back in 2023.

I posted "Your burnout is your responsibility."

Not to shame anyone. Or to dismiss how hard it is.
But because I believe we always have a choice.

In how we think, in what we do, in what we focus on.

80% of the people understood the message.
Some heard responsibility and read blame.

And they started calling me names:

- stupid
- uninformed
- unempathetic

I was biking home, replaying the comments. Arguing back with strangers I'd never meet. So deep in my own head that I had a bike accident.

(A few bruises, but I was fine 😅)

Bigger reach comes with diversity.
Diversity of people, character, opinion.

Some of their comments will shake you.

That's not weakness. That's biology.

It used to be dangerous to stand out from your tribe. You get outcast, get left behind, and die.

But strangers dropping hate from their keyboard?
Not a threat to your survival. Just feels like one.

Process it. (Breathwork helps me here.)
Come back to your intention.
And keep going.

Last Monday, my post reached over 31k impressions.

And for the rest of the week, I wanted to crawl under the bed.

(context: I usually get between 1-5k impressions)

Yes, I still showed up.
But I wasn't saying anything real.

Just light-hearted, "empty" content.

Because some comments still hurt me.

The ones so ready to judge, give unsolicited advice, tell me what a bad person I am... without trying to understand the nuance of what I shared.

If I could pretend to be unaffected, I would.
But that would be a lie.

And I know I'm not alone in this.

You say you want your post to reach more people.
But deep down, you're also scared that it will.

Because you can't cherry-pick who sees you on the internet.

Some will get you.
Some won't.

That's the game.
That will never change.

So you might as well play as yourself.

Because your voice matters.
Because your feelings are valid.
Because you can show up as you are.

And when someone hasn't learned that we can disagree without attacking the person...

That's a THEM problem.
Not a YOU problem.

P.S. Each new level of visibility is a shock to your nervous system. Give yourself time + grace 💙

"I want more visibility" and "I don't want to be misunderstood" are not compatible goals.

Make your choice.

LinkedIn is sh*t. Don't get me started on:

- the podsters who game the system
- the confusing AI comments
- the annoying pitch slaps

But also, LinkedIn is great.

It's how I:

- get found by potential clients
- connect with genuinely cool people
- find coaches who help me grow & level up 

BOTH things can be true.

What separates them? Your choice.

1. Who you listen to
2. How you use the tool
3. How you measure success

LinkedIn isn't the problem. How you're using it might be.

This post failed. Or so I thought...

One week later, a potential new mentee told me:

"When I saw that post of yours, I knew we'd be a good match."

She was right.

We've had 3 sessions so far.

It's a GREAT fit.

She feels safe to open up, ask for support, and bring her real challenges.

And I show up as myself.
No need to perform or prove my value.

So pleasseee, stop letting low metrics convince you that you're not making an impact.

(Sometimes I still fall for it too 😅)

Every time you show up, you leave a ripple effect that the metrics can't capture.

You might just hear about it later.
