Just got back from a week off with my family and I'm still in that headspace where everything feels a little clearer. 🌴

Then I opened the March Planwell Collective Insider box — Event Season Scrapbook. Disposable camera, mini album, markers, stickers.

And it hit me: that's exactly what vacation reminded me of too.

The moments you create with people ARE the strategy.

We get so deep in optimizing pipeline that we forget to just be present. The 6am coffee before doors open. The speaker who crushed it and needed someone to celebrate with because everyone went to their next session. The dinner that turns into a therapy session.

None of that lives in your CRM. But it's exactly why people remember you and why they come back.
