I have always had an underlying fear that I have not been a “great” Mom. 

I was never a class parent. 

I forget the little things like “bake sales” 

I have missed award ceremonies because I was traveling 

When I do attend school events, I know no one. 

But this week, I had one of those moments that shook me back to reality. All 3 of my children had amazing moments. 

My son Cade Miller got promoted at work after being there a short 6 months. 

My son Bryce got a 96 on his Chemistry test and made honors society as a freshman in college. 

My daughter Addie finished a play this weekend and made the UIL oral speaking team. 

That does not happen without good parenting. 

So parents, when you are feeling guilty, just remember- you may not be a room parent- but they are watching you. 

Your work ethic, your intentional time, your words. 

And those count. So feel free to pat yourself on the back. You are doing great! 👏

Last week, some of the DFW based BILL team got together for the ultimate show down.. GAMESHOW battles! 

We played a little Plinko, Wheel of Fortune, Price is Right, and of course, Family Feud! (none of the actual game show names were used) ;) 

BILL does an amazing job at providing a quarterly budget to remote areas so that we can build that "togetherness" while still in our home city! 

It was a great time team! What should we do next?
