And working as an Account Executive in the Tech Industry can sometimes lead to the following problems: 

- Feeling mentally stressed

After having a mental breakdown in 2017, I was constantly working on myself because I literally didn´t want to be in this position ever again. 

My mission now is to help 1 million people by being a better person by 1% day by day. This, through implementing the right mindset, habits, and routines.

After 2017 I was able to make the switch. I was able to achieve my quota every year (102% - 260%) with staying healthy and in shape. There is no "I don´t have time" mindset anymore. I literally made sure that it has to work. Changing my identity was one of the key factors. 

I´m a true believer that people have to put their health before business and I want to share my experiences with as many people as possible in order to make a positive impact. 

Through several coachings and mentors I’m constantly working on improving myself in the fields of sales, (mental) health, productivity and personal branding.
