I started out at a small but great gym called Saga Motion and then moved on to Olympic Fitness in Göteborg, that was later aquired by SATS, and at the same time I started working as a boxing instructor. I built a new team from scratch, growing it from 0 to 20 within six months, and successfully led a cross-functional team of 70 people across various departments. I also played a key role in establishing strategic partnerships with five different fiber network providers and bringing in partnerships with major content and device companies to provide added value to broadband customers.

In this role, I successfully led the team to revitalized a legacy business segment that was in rapid decline, revamping and simplifying our product offerings from over 100 legacy products and achieving the best mobile product of the year award.

We have launched the best post-paid products of the year, helping us achieve the top position among our competitors in terms of post-paid subscribers for both B2C and B2B customers. In addition, We introduced the first device lease-to-own innovation in Malaysia for smartphones, broadband, and other devices, as well as a device insurance innovation to protect customer devices and increase customer lifetime value.

In this role, I led a team of 20 people, including product managers and customer life cycle and operations managers, and am skilled at leading cross-functional teams to achieve success. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, I am confident in my ability to continue delivering results in a product management role.

As the group product manager for international business, I successfully led the team to transform our company into a major player in the migrant market, elevating our subscriber base and revenue from fourth place to second. 

We introduced the "Roam Like Home" roaming experience for roamers and tourists, which generated substantial subscriber growth, and expanded our roaming partnerships with telecom companies worldwide to provide a seamless outbound roaming experience. 

We also launched an inbound tourist card proposition and oversaw offshore distribution to ensure a smooth experience for tourists upon arriving in Malaysia. Additionally, I revamped processes and customer experiences from registration to departure, ensuring that our network is always available overseas and our billing procedure is familiar to our customers.
