I work at KTH Innovation at the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, where I help researchers and students turn ideas and research into viable ventures. My focus is on commercialization, go-to-market strategy, and execution.Alongside my university role, I build and scale ventures.I am the Founder of Mellanmål Inc, a platform bringing Nordic, better-for-you food brands to the US market. The work is hands-on and operational: product and packaging decisions, FDA and regulatory setup, distribution, retail and e-commerce, partnerships, and fundraising.I am also the Founder of Entrepreneurs Without Borders, a global nonprofit supporting impact ventures aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals. We organize through local Impact Chapters—groups that meet regularly to support entrepreneurs locally while connecting into a global network.As a keynote speaker, I speak internationally on innovation, leadership, and change. My keynotes are grounded in lived experience from building companies, raising capital, and working with founders and organizations under pressure to change.I’m open to conversations with investors, donors, strategic partners, and am available for keynote and speaking engagements internationally.

Fitness Instructor

I have been working as a fitness instructor since 1994. I started out at a small but great gym called Saga Motion and then moved on to Olympic Fitness in Göteborg, that was later aquired by SATS, and at the same time I started working as a boxing instructor. When I moved back to Stockholm I moved over to Kroppskultur and evolved into kickboxing and more classic boxing. After that I spent five years at World Class Vasastan and nowadays you'll find me at Nordic Wellness Odenplan Stockholm.

I’m Rohit, founder of First Loop and a fractional innovation manager. I help teams solve problems, spark creativity, and turn ideas into real, actionable solutions through structured consulting and workshops.

My journey began with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, which equipped me with strong problem-solving skills. I later pursued a Master’s in Innovation Management and Product Development, which deepened my understanding of how to drive creativity and meaningful change within organizations. Over the past 5 years, I’ve worked with a wide range of clients—from small businesses to large multinationals—helping them improve products, streamline processes, and manage digital transformation projects.

In the middle of a job switch, COVID hit and changed everything. That's when the idea for First Loop was born. A mentor asked me during that time, "What’s something you could do if you were woken up at 4 AM?" After some thought, I knew my answer: "Solve problems in a structured way". That moment of clarity pushed me to start First Loop, where I’ve been helping teams innovate ever since.
