• Contributed significantly to the launch of the new Visa Apprentice programme; delivered training and career coaching, marked assignments, tested knowledge and offered mentoring to develop a diverse range of IT professionals.

Each person’s purpose is uniquely their own, shaped by their experiences, passions, and values. 

However, many unknowingly fall into the trap of comparing their journey to others.The constant pressure to fit in or meet societal standards can lead to a life spent chasing fleeting achievements—one that never truly creates lasting success or fulfilment.

When success is measured against external expectations, it often remains short-lived, and the fulfilment they seek remains elusive because it is not rooted in their authentic purpose. In trying to live up to someone else’s vision, they overlook the power of their unique path, leaving them feeling disconnected from their true selves and unfulfilled.

After 15 years of consulting for global organisations such as Microsoft, Anglo-Irish Bank, and Morgan Stanley, Lena has left her successful career to start a business, which took her on an unexpected journey of self-discovery. 

Over the years, Lena has worked with experts and mentors to study human behaviour, metaphysics, NLP, and other modalities. She sought to understand what drives people to reach their full potential and why some possess a mindset that enables them to pursue and achieve even the most ambitious goals while others remain comfortable in the familiarity of their known world, unwilling to take the steps toward growth.

Drawing from her unusual life journey—growing up across four countries and navigating the challenges of living through a war as a teenager—Lena now inspires and trains professionals on harnessing the power of emotional resilience and purposeful living. Her proven strategies empower individuals to build emotional strength, cultivate resilience, and discover a clear sense of purpose, guiding them toward enduring success and deep fulfilment.

Lena’s own determination has led her to remarkable achievements. She became a double South African fencing champion, competing in prestigious events such as the Commonwealth Games and World Championships. She has also completed 13 marathons and 3 ultra-marathons, winning one of them.
