I help to educate others to understand what menopause is and what they can do to help and support themselves and their employees in a positive and open way so that they can thrive.

Unfortunately, too many people are struggling during the menopause transition, and many are left wondering if they are losing their minds, I have been there and want to help break the stigma.

Women over the age of 50 are the fastest growing segment of the workforce, and most women, trans and non-bindery will go through the menopause transition during their working lives. 1 in 3 women in the UK are currently going through or have reached menopause this is why it’s so important to support and talk about menopause in your business.

👉 One in ten who have worked during the menopause have left a job due to their symptoms.

👉 54% don’t feel comfortable to talk to their managers about menopause.

👉 72% of women in work say they feel unsupported.

👉 35% took time off due to their symptoms.

👉 25% said menopause was treated negatively at work.

👉 76% found their symptoms problematic at work.

Why chose me?

I was relatively young when I started to experience perimenopause symptoms. They hit me in my mid-thirties, and it all came as a bit of a surprise, and it took quite a few years for me to figure out what was going on. I had climbed the career ladder in the aviation industry to Director level, and I was travelling literally all over the world claiming back money for major international airlines from aircraft manufacturers and other suppliers. 

On the outside, life must have looked pretty good, and I was passionate about my job, but on the inside the symptoms worsened; hot flushes, night sweats, itchy skin, brain fog, anxiety, sleepless nights, the list goes on.
