Just as CEOs who optimize for quarterly profits often fail to make the strategic investments necessary for long-term growth, the same is true in our own personal and professional lives. We need to reorient ourselves to see the big picture so we can tap into the power of small changes that, made today, will have an enormous and disproportionate impact on our future success. Visibility is not about being loud.

It is about being intentional with how you communicate your strengths and how you participate in the rooms that matter.

A thoughtful guide for anyone who finds traditional visibility advice draining or misaligned with their natural style. Goldie shows how to build presence in a way that feels real and sustainable.

Lorraine K. Lee — Unforgettable Presence
A practical roadmap for showing up well on video, in webinars, and in every online setting where impressions count. Lorraine understands digital communication on a deep level and breaks it down clearly.

May Busch — Visible
May rose to senior leadership and now teaches others how to communicate their impact with confidence. Her insights are especially useful for anyone ready to step forward in their role.

Welcome! I'm Hannah, a Doc of Physical Therapy turned Independent Health Consultant that specializes in helping women lose weight and/or get healthy using evidence based methods, real food, less cardio than you think, & a whole lot of sarcasm.

I struggled with my weight even as a child and was able to wit & charm my way out of having to deal with it through my educational career.  I landed a full academic ride to undergrad, went straight to grad school in pursuit of my doctoral degree, and let my weight climb with my education (cool).

It was easy to hide behind lofty goals focused around higher education and force a smile, but my weight bothered me.  I was the girl who offered to take the pictures, hid behind baggy clothes, and knew I didn’t look like who I truly was.  Treating  my patients as a doctor of physical therapy who couldn’t even lose 10 pounds, I felt like a fraud.

I was used to putting in the work and getting a decent ROI,  but my hard work never seemed to come to pay off when it came to my weight. I mean come ON, we all know we just need to eat less and do more cardio! I KNEW how to workout and I KNEW chicken was healthier than pizza… but it wasn’t working. I felt like NOTHING worked for me.  I was both frustrated and embarrassed.

So I did something about it.  I swallowed my pride, realized I was NOT a weight loss expert as a physical therapist (I had about 15 years worth of failed dieting to prove it), so I hired a coach.  He was the WORST.  So I tried again and experienced the immense value that is online health & fitness coaching.  I lost over 60 pounds, kept it off, and became an expert who not only talks the talk, but had to walk the walk first.

As a health care provider first and coach second, I understand how overwhelming and "clickbaity" the weight loss industry can be.  From the newest “trending” diet, to articles talking about sugar being the roof of all evil, to your coworkers comparing “challenges” promising to melt off those unwanted pounds, all while you keep seeing ads for detox teas and fat burning whatevers from this magic plant from the Amazon. No wonder you're stuck.

You WANT to change, but how?  Who to trust?  What's the best diet?  All good questions and why I am here.  I pride myself on helping executive women and women in health care find success in their health in fitness goals to compliment their successes both personally and professionally.  You wouldn’t believe me if I told you that getting your health and fitness under control has wide reaching effects into almost every area of your life… so let me show you.
