● Trusted partner to the CEO and President, providing high-level administrative support including complex diary management, meeting coordination, and multi-time-zone travel arrangements.
● Played a key role in executive decision-making, gathering business insights and supporting the execution of strategic initiatives.
● Coordinated cross-functional teams to align on leadership priorities and ensure the seamless execution of company-wide goals.
● Acted as the primary liaison between the executive leadership and department heads, facilitating clear communication and ensuring efficient implementation of executive directives.

Executive Assistant/ Chief of Staff

- Built up the Procurement department from the ground up
- Defined and implemented processes and policies in relation to sourcing, procuring, onboarding and managing suppliers across all categories of spend, primarily tech tooling- software, data and IT but also property/ FM, HR, GTM/sales, finance and marketing
- Created one source of truth and created company-wide visibility by implementing a procurement software tool and tailoring it to the company's needs
- Developed appropriate supplier due diligence, set-up, and onboarding procedures through workflows and ensuring all required approvals are in place
- Brought savings in excess of $13mil by optimising spend across categories and departments by identifying and developing sourcing/ procurement strategies, service/quality improvement and risk mitigation
- Benchmarked and renegotiated existing supplier agreements across 
- Mitigated risk through concluding sourcing initiatives with relevant legal and information security framework
- Developed and maintained relationships with suppliers through regular business review meetings to improve quality and service performance, risk mitigation and identify opportunities to drive further value from our relationships

Idox plc is a supplier of specialist information management solutions and services to the public sector and to highly regulated asset intensive industries around the world in the wider corporate sector.

•	CEO inbox and diary management, travel arrangements including flights, transfers, accommodation, visas
•	Providing proactive support service to other managing directors when required
•	Organising and coordinating internal and external meetings, conference calls and following up on meeting action plans, minute taking
•	Be the central contact point for any enquiries from PR companies and stock brokers, as well as Board members and investors
•	Facilities management (London and Reading offices), appointing, liaising with M&E contractors, negotiating and appointing fit-out contractors, managing office fit out and relocation
•	Managing Corporate Services (organizing training sessions, couriers, negotiating mobile phone contracts, travel assistant rates/ services and stationery provider agreements) and also managing Reception teams

Telenomics

Telenomics UK Ltd is a franchise of O2 Telefonica (mobile phone shops), who manage stores across London, the South East and the North East, including Workshop at O2 229 Tottenham Court Road in London. 

•	Diary management for 2 Directors, travel arrangements including flights, transfers, accommodation, visas; providing a proactive support service to other senior Directors when required
•	Organising and coordinating internal and external meetings, conference calls and following up on meeting action plans, minute taking
•	Be the central contact point for any enquiries for the office, responsible for reporting faults to office equipment and other on-site facilities, including any catering requirements, liaising with clients, suppliers, IT Support and other staff
•	Maintaining the stationery stock level and ensuring that the office is well maintained and running well
•	Assisting HR and Finance department in terms of admin duties such as booking couriers/filing/post, bank statement reconciliation and expenses
•	Residential property management (general maintenance, dress-to-sell/dress-to-let, liaising with agents and solicitors, assisting with sales/lettings process)

Telenomics UK Ltd is a franchise of O2 Telefonica (mobile phone shops), who manage stores across London, the South East and the North East, including Workshop at O2 229 Tottenham Court Road in London. 

•	Manage all stores within the company (sixteen), making sure stock is at a sufficient level to increase profit and reduce loss, corporate property management
•	Managing staff alongside with General Managers and Assistant Managers, training new Administrators employed by the Company
•	Checking end of day paperwork and contracts, preparing delivery, booking in stock and sending daily, weekly and monthly reports to Accounts Department
•	Cash handling, banking and dealing with HR issues such as contracts, employee packs and time sheets
•	Visiting sites to make sure all store processes are followed and done compliantly to enable all audits to be at a minimum green standard (pass level)
