I’m Serena Wang. Founder of Women in the Penthouse, transformation coach, podcast host, speaker, mentor, and former global marketing leader with over 20 years of experience driving success for world-leading companies like Starbucks and Rémy Martin.

But my journey wasn’t always aligned with purpose.

In my 30s, I checked all the boxes society associates with success: managing multimillion-dollar projects, consulting Fortune 500 executives, and leading high-performing international teams. On the surface, it was a life to envy. Yet beneath it all, I felt disconnected and unfulfilled—trapped by expectations that weren’t my own.

At 36, I hit a turning point. I began the courageous work of self-discovery. 

I had left the corporate world, moved continents, and pursued a long-held dream of studying art and living a life aligned with my values. That decision changed everything, leading me to my true calling: empowering women to rewrite their stories and live fearlessly, authentically, and purposefully.
