Discovery, he was previously the Global Head of Diversity, Inclusion and Social Impact at adidas and has a long and rich career in the diversity and inclusion space with senior executive roles at The Telegraph Media Group, EY Financial Services and the City of London Police. He is a board member for the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and a member of the board of advisors for Hedley May. Over his 20-year career he has worked in Europe, North America, Middle East, Africa and Asia.

As a part-time Project Associate at the 50:50 Equality Project, I dedicated two days a week to driving the mission of inspiring and supporting the BBC and global organisations in creating journalism and media content that accurately represents our diverse world.

The 50:50 Project has evolved into a global initiative with a network of over 70 partner organisations across 20 countries, implementing the 50:50 methodology.
