For me brain health is personal and I created Noggin The Brain People with a mission to improve the cognitive health of the nation. We want to start a national conversation about the importance of brain health and specifically, help people understand even small lifestyle changes can make a difference to how you feel now and the health of your brain as you get older. No one is too young or too old to start looking after their noggin and we are committed to help support brain and mental health education for children to break the cycle of poor brain health.

Back in the day, I was an anxious, overthinking copywriter who hated presenting.

Fast forward a few years, I became a stand-up comedian, a go-to creative for big pitches, and a keynote speaker.

That journey taught me something simple but powerful: Confidence isn’t about becoming someone else - it’s about learning how to be yourself in the spotlight.

Now I help others do the same - especially overthinkers, creatives, and leaders navigating pressure, change, or career reinvention.

Pitch Imperfect 

A presentation skills training for creative agencies who want realness over corporate speak. Designed for mid-level copywriters, designers, and account leads who dread pitching but want to connect authentically and win more business.

Pitch Imperfect reduces anxiety, lifts confidence, and spreads the presentation load so it's not just the same two people carrying the team. One of my first clients chose Pitch Imperfect over D&AD’s pitch training.

How it works best:

Two x 2-hour workshops
1:1 coaching session for each participant in between
Groups of 4–8 (six is ideal)

- Overthinkers Anonymous – a club I created to help people break the habit of wasted thinking
- LOL Goals™ – on setting goals so scary and exciting they make you laugh out loud
- Identity, storytelling, and career reinvention in the age of AI
