Dr. Joan Palmiter Bajorek

Martín brings over 18 years of experience in various roles across enterprise software, Business Intelligence, GTM, and Generative AI— a unique blend of technical, strategic, and creative skills focused on delivering commercial results and value to customers and partners. He had stints at Microsoft, is a 2x founder, and most recently was the Chief Revenue Officer at WellSaid Labs—an AI2 Incubator portfolio company.

“I aim to build and scale organizations while creating a positive and collaborative culture,” underlined Ramírez when speaking about his approach and primary goal. Beyond work, you can find him spending time with his two daughters and wife, practicing BJJ, mountain biking, and pretending to know the intricacies of good coffee and beer. Martín is originally from Puerto Rico and holds a degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico at Mayagüez.
