After 9 acquisitions, Lightspeed worked on a large initiative to create a unified Salesforce instance that can be used by an ever-growing global Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product team.

I successfully led the implementation of the Lead to Opp process with a team of developers, designers, QA, and architects.

Product Manager

Led multiple projects that have improved business processes and systems integrations. Here are some of the ones I have enjoyed the most:

CRM and Product automation
- Established the first data sync between multiple of Lightspeed’s products and Salesforce
- Gave the ability to make real-time data-driven business decisions based on customer actions within the product. 
- Technology: Salesforce, Google Cloud Platform, Big Query

Contact architectural  
- Led the analysis and CRM contact architecture migration (Salesforce)
- Heavy interdepartmental collaboration (Zendesk, Marketing Automation, and more)

Lead to Opportunity
- Goal: improve lead level (prospect customers) data model without neglecting user experience.
- Improved the qualification flow for a global sales development team from 7 different countries selling 10 different products
- Worked with the department leaders and SDRs to improve business processes

Lightning migration
- Migrated the sales development team from Salesforce Classic to Lightning which heavily improved their processes and unlocked out of the box features that helped the business and saved technical resources. 
- The introduction of Salesforce’s High Velocity Sales was an outcome of the Salesforce Lightning migration. HVS revolutionized the way the SD team worked, it eliminated the majority of the touch points SDRs manually did and logged, and allowed them to nurture leads that are more likely to close in a timely manner.

Associate Product Manager, Product & Technology

As a Sales Engineer I got to wear a lot of hats and be part of very exciting projects and initiatives. 

- Main point of contact for Lightspeed’s Sales team and enterprise level customers. With a very customer driven mindset, I had to scope and build technical solutions required to address customer requirements and deliver it via in-person or webinars product demonstrations.

-Developed competitive analysis to support the GTM teams. I have provided training, technical coaching, and professional development to the Sales team. 

- Worked as a liaison to many departments, I got the amazing opportunity to collaborate with with Product & Technology, Support, and Marketing on new product releases, new product acquisitions, product video productions, customer engagement strategies, analysis of customer’s interactions with the product, project/product release campaigns, and more.

Sales Engineer, Sales Engineering & Training

I kicked off my career at Lightspeed supporting our server-based product Lightspeed Onsite. My role consisted of using strong computer skills to troubleshoot issues related to the Point of Sales software, operating system, computer networking, understanding server logs and interpreting SQL database errors.

My experience at Apple allowed me to excel in this role. An added benefit of this role was that I was able to develop a deep understanding of all areas of running a business. I assisted and guided SMB owners through tasks related to running their business such as: payment processing, accounting, inventory management, reporting and business data analysis.

My experience at Apple created the foundation of the types of human experiences I have professionally, whether it's with peers or customers. I worked in a fast-paced environment where an exceptional level of customer service was always expected, I learned to work as a team, maintain my composure, have empathy, give valuable feedback to my peers, and much more.

I got a chance to put different hats on, as a sales specialist, product specialist, creative (trainer), and technical specialist. I even got the chance to participate in the organization and facilitation of Apple Day Camp and Apple Field Trips. Over 4 years later, I was proficient in all Apple software, hardware, and troubleshooting methods.

At Future Shop, I entered the tech world delivering excellent and informative customer service. Also handled setting customers up with financing options and registe  for Future Shop’s Chase credit card.

Supervised the customer service department. I helped manage a team of of 8-12 employees, ensuring that every day tasks were performed up to standard, handled customer escalations, and multiple administrative/financial tasks.
