This post celebrates the unsung heroes of my story.

Last year, I joined Vasco in a brand new role. One that would leverage my strengths and passion, which I have built a career around, but also stretch me in new areas I have always wanted to explore. I was hired as a solo-person HR function, in a very high-autonomy culture, with a focus on Recruiting, but took on a much, much broader scope. For me, Vasco became a perfect lab for growth. Growth is uncomfortable, and Guillaume Jacquet & Sébastien Rothlisberger gave me the keys to that castle on day 1. A privilege I'm thankful for every day. 

Along the way, I learned a few things. Importantly, I was going to have to be highly resourceful. I wasn't going to find all the answers I needed internally. AI helps, but it doesn't replace expert opinions. I've been hoarding open-source resources from other companies building in the open for years (bless them!), but that's often not enough.

If you're like me, with a high work ethic but a tendency for low self-confidence (I know, working on it), what you do is you seek out partners and voices who can help you figure it out.

I’ve always been drawn to roles where value, timing and relationships matter more than scripts.

Long before my career in Tech, I spent years operating in player driven marketplaces where pricing shifted constantly, information was imperfect and negotiation was the difference between winning and walking away. That early exposure shaped how I think about markets, value and long term outcomes. I’ve carried those lessons directly into my career in B2B sales.

Today, I work as an Account Manager, partnering with customers to drive retention and expansion by orchestrating business value. I specialize in navigating complex SaaS renewal cycles, identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts, and aligning commercial outcomes with real customer needs.

My approach is grounded in:
- Strategic negotiation and value based pricing
- Managing risk and timing across renewal and expansion cycles
- Building trust with multiple stakeholders in complex accounts
- Translating product value into clear, business-relevant outcomes

I’m especially interested in roles where account management goes beyond order taking. This means environments that value judgment, patience and commercial creativity. Enterprise and strategic account roles, expansion focused teams, and revenue driven customer success functions are where I do my best work.
