I believe creativity is curiosity with something to prove.

I’ve spent the last decade scaling B2B SaaS brands, driving $130M in marketing-sourced revenue, and leading teams through multiple product launches, all while maintaining my sanity. Along the way, I picked up a peer-nominated American Marketing Association 4 Under 40 Award (2023).

As a first-mover with Gen AI, I broke out on my own midway through 2023 to provide novel creative and brand direction for teams that wanted to leverage AI in their visual storytelling. 

Since then, I’ve partnered with clients like Marriott, Brooklyn Nets, Rebel Kitchen, Klar, Buddy, and Indiewalls, while offering AI creative guidance and education to brands like Meta, TikTok, Ogilvy, McCann, Google, and VaynerMedia.

The journey has been incredibly rewarding. It also reminded me of something essential: the magic of working toward a shared vision with a great team. That’s what brought me to Goldcast.

🎸 Innovating Live Performance with Technology
They told me, “No one’s going to hire a heavy metal guitarist with a computer. They’ll laugh you off the stage.” Turns out, they were wrong.

As Dr. OMEB, I fused heavy metal guitar with cutting-edge tech to create a live performance unlike anything the Cincinnati music scene had ever seen. What started as a risky experiment quickly earned me a spot as the ‘house band’ for the legendary WEBN Dawn Patrol, where I played everything from the Pregnant Bikini Contest (yes, you read that right) to the main stage of their Labor Day Fireworks Celebration.

From there, my career exploded. I’ve performed before rock legends at Riverbend Music Center, opening for the likes of KISS, STYX, Poison, Motley Crue, and more. And yes, Gene Simmons even sent his guitar tech to tell me, “Gene loves your act!” (I’ll take that to the grave). I've even performed multiple times with drumming legend Vinny Appice (Black Sabbath/DIO) on multiple occasions.

Primary duties involves handling and importing protected student data such as transcripts, test scores, immunization records into the University’s CRM for Undergraduate Admissions; to complete student records for marketing communications. Approximately 300k documents per recruitment cycle.
•	Wrote script and storyboard for University’s first virtual video preview.
•	Oversaw filming and editing of virtual video preview.
•	Wrote script & storyboard for University’s first virtual First-Year Video Preview & Transfer Video Preview.
•	Oversaw filming and editing of FY and Transfer videos.
•	Revamped social media strategy to increase engagement.
•	Created University’s first virtual admissions counselor introduction videos
•	Created “Welcome to UC” video for the Vice Provost of Enrollment Management
•	Downloading student data from external sources to import into undergraduate admissions CRM.

Program Coordinator / Admissions Processing

Primary duties involved managing a team of 10 employees that maintained prospect and applicant records in the University’s legacy systems for events and communications. Also created and provided training regarding best practices for using communications systems and handling of data. Created reports for the Associate Vice Provost and other upper management regarding project management and data trends to ensure communications goals were being achieved.   
•	Decreased spending on recruitment name-buys by 13.5% by identifying data anomalies showing double purchasing of international student populations.
•	Created, monitored and maintained admissions events in legacy event systems. Oversaw migration of historical event data from legacy to current systems (Approximately 500,000 events and 40,000 prospect records).
•	Assumed duties of the Data Administrator Feb 2015-July 2017.
•	Planned, developed & executed business processes and provided training for professional staff regarding the undergraduate CRM (customer relationship management). (An average of 300,000 records per recruiting cycle.)
•	Supervised cross-functional, collaborative team that provides support in maintaining prospect and applicant records regarding data entry, de-duplication, attaching transcripts, importing name-buys and test scores as well as general data maintenance, as needed.  
•	Oversaw recruitment (SuccessFactors), interviewing, hiring, terminating, coaching / professional development, performance evaluations, scheduling, time management (payroll) and general supervision of the data team consisting of up to 10 part-time workers.

Oversaw all operations of Florence Mall retail facility. Primary duties included daily accounting, daily deposits, managing 6 full-time staff members, staff scheduling, sales management, direct sales, merchandising, rentals and participating in monthly board meetings at the corporate office. Also provided sales coaching by identifying areas of improvement for staff members.
