Originally founded in 2011 as STAFFicient Services, we grew the business and acquired an event hiring operation in 2017; at this time we rebranded and became EHIRE.

Pick n Pay

Rotated across Finance, Procurement, Buying, Manufacturing and Store Operations.

Finance:
Reduce the time spent on the compilation of subsidiary financial statements by more than 50% by using Excel low-code functions.

Also helped reduce the ManCo reporting time to compile and improved the format to be more decision-useful.

Procurement:
Documented the vendor onboarding process to standardise processes and reduce human and fraud risk.

Buying:
Helping the convenience foods buying division create reports that helped them understand divisional growth in weeks, not months.

Manufacturing:
Took ownership and execution of turnaround at a subsidiary manufacturing business specialising in convenience foods. Held dialogues with union officials for the +55 staff and implemented more accurate manufacturing costing processes to improve reporting and decision-making.

Store Operations:
I was accountable for Waste Reporting across the Group where ManCo were sent my Shrinkage/Waste Report every week which was used as one KPI in each division of the business.
