I provided personal training for the guests of the hotel, designing individualized programs and delivering sessions in three different languages (English, German and Spanish).

Aprosmo es una asociación para personas con discapacidad intelectual que gestiona el Colegio de Educación Especial Luis Pastor de Motril (Granada) donde hice prácticas como monitor de deporte inclusivo.

Fue una de las experiencias más enriquecedoras de mi vida. Dirigí sesiones de fútbol y baloncesto y actividades de mantenimiento y mejora de la psicomotricidad y las capacidades sensoriales.

Estas actividades ayudaban a los niños del centro a un mayor control de sus funciones motoras y del entorno que les rodeaba. El deporte tenía un impacto enorme en su autoestima, autorreconocimiento y confianza, y en general en su calidad de vida. Además de las mejorías tanto físicas como funcionales, las actividades profundizaban muchísimo en la socialización y les permitía establecer nuevos vínculos afectivos o mejorar los que ya tenían en el centro o en casa.

Fue la primera vez que observé en otros la capacidad curativa del deporte. La mejora de sus capacidades, su estado de ánimo y sobre todo sus ganas de vivir era palpable sesión a sesión, y me animó a avanzar mi carrera en educación deportiva.

My journey into the travel industry was a happy accident that turned into love, as it combines two of my passions: fitness and experiencing new cultures and languages. With my experience working in five countries, I've developed strong adaptability and interpersonal skills, allowing me to build rapport with guests from diverse backgrounds.

My passion for fitness extends beyond the gym. I'm focused in working with individuals who face physical difficulties, including those with special needs. I'm driven by the will to learn new things, constantly expanding my skillset and growing as a fitness professional. For me, fitness is about encouraging people to improve their lives and make the world a better place.
