Global Strategy Director (In-House Marketing & Creative Agency)

Rejoined Omnicom Group (NYSE: OMC), the leading global marketing communications company, as the Teva360 global brand leadership team member, comprised of Teva Pharmaceuticals and Omnicom professionals. In this role, I was responsible for developing and implementing Teva's "beyond the pill" brand strategy in the first-priority growth markets. We completed global rollouts using a "hyperlocal" strategy. This involved creating a unique implementation plan for each geography based on insights and research specific to that region.

My responsibilities included leading workshops, training and mentoring local teams, and ensuring the delivery of human-centric, coherent, digital-led solutions aligned with the new brand strategy. For example, in one of the world's biggest megacities, we focused on improving accessibility. We provided unique content on our corporate website for patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals. This included digital services like a mobility map that helped disabled and wheelchair-bound patients navigate and find access-friendly healthcare facilities, pharmacies, entertainment, and other relevant places.

The new Teva brand aimed to present a unified identity that spanned both the company's specialty and generic portfolios while promising even more people around the world the chance to live better days.

Digital Vocabulary – 20th Annual Webby Awards Official Honoree

Self-funded and produced an award-winning educational project to empower people to understand their digital life and be self-aware when navigating modern media and technology. The project was called "Digital Vocabulary," and it studied the ongoing relationship between modern humans and digital media and technology. The idea behind starting this project was simple: our vocabulary determines our thinking, and our thinking determines our actions and everyday rituals.

The project provided thought-provoking content presenting new words, phrases, concepts, behavioral patterns, and simple ground rules that helped people build a bigger picture of the modern digital landscape and our behavior. The long read delved into questions about why we are constantly pulled to the Internet and how technology is changing our social life and humanity itself.

To answer these questions, we researched how the internet and gadgets shape our behavior and define modern humanity. We studied daily internet and gadget usage experiences and researched ordinary users, artists, developers, designers, and even monks. Furthermore, we analyzed and processed technology research materials and thoughts from media philosophers
