I practiced medicine for over 20 years and watched women come in saying the same things.

“I’m not sleeping.”
“I can’t think clearly.”
“My body feels different.”

And too often, they left without real answers.

They were told it was stress.
Or aging.
Or something they just had to live with.

It never made sense to me.

Because what they were experiencing wasn’t imagined.
It wasn’t weakness.
It wasn’t a mindset problem.

It was menopause-related hormonal change.

Some of these women were still cycling.
Some weren’t.

What they shared was this:
Their symptoms had reached a point where lifestyle changes alone were no longer enough.

So I changed how I practice.

Now, I work exclusively with women experiencing menopause-related symptoms who want medical guidance that actually makes sense.

No guessing.
No endless supplements.
No being told to “just deal with it.”

⚡️ Here’s what I know:

They are hormone-driven.
And they deserve to be taken seriously.

Outside of Work: I am an avid traveler; exploring dive sites, swimming with whales and dolphins, and bike adventuring in foreign lands. Splitting time between Canada and Australia, with my partner Hobe, we met through and are still participating in competitive swimming for the past 48 years. I love to spend time with daughter Sydney, engaging in games and exploring parks near and far with grand puppy Stoova.
