I am a product designer, specializing in accessible and inclusive design. I have a demonstrated history of contributing to the growth of early startups, working with extreme dedication in achieving set project goals both as a cross-functional team member and an individual contributor. 

My unique skills combine design, business, and technology. I have experience in Product design (UX design), UX research, analytics, usability testing, product management, storytelling, user flow, interaction design, prototyping, visual design, and generating assets and specifications for integration into digital products.

I have been privileged to work on several projects which are not limited to designing of fully-functional products like Decentralized applications, Launchpads, Swaps, Decentralized apps, Blockchain games, Wallets, Governance systems, DAOs, Websites, and Mobile apps, experienced.

I am always looking to solve problems that are interesting, meaning I get to experiment and do lots of research and analytics.

Started HomaLabs to help startup founders transform early-stage ideas into viable, scalable solutions. I lead a small, agile team delivering end-to-end design, from concept to completion across client-facing digital products.

Aether (YC W24)

As first employee and first design hire, I led end-to-end product design for a solar platform aimed at simplifying clean energy adoption. I owned the UX for two core systems: Design Hub (project planning & CAD) and Deal Hub (sales enablement & proposals). My work shaped the product vision from inception to launch.

Designed and built the v1 company website that supported Aether’s successful $2.5M seed raise. Later, I co-led the redesign and implementation of v2, which was instrumental in closing nearly $1M in sales deals. Both versions were built using Framer.

Contributed to foundational tools like the AI-powered CAD engine, solar discovery assistant, and document-signing workflow Which helped position Aether as a full-stack solution for solar installers.

* Led the Product design of Reown’s 3 in 1 SAAS software for Automobile businesses from scratch which led to the company raising a significant amount, achieving global partnerships and onboarding the first few businesses onto the platform 

- Designed the current reporting app for repair hubs

- Conducted tests and designed feature updates for the both reporting and customer app
 
- Designed interactive and responsive enterprise tools for Reown’s customers to manage their auto-repair business

- Led the design, delegated and reviewed tasks while collaborating with stakeholders, UX writers, manager and engineers

- Designed the landing page and web dashboard for Reown affiliates/partners

- Designed the interactive and responsive admin tools for Dealers and insurance companies to manage their vehicles, reports, repair hubs, customers, etc

Seamless Financial

- Designed seampay bills web app for bill payments that recorded 500+ successful transactions in the first month of launch

- Redesigned and improved the mobile app with addition to new features which brought about a 20% increase in user satisfaction and company revenue by 15% serving 100K+ users

- Designed CRM dashboards for seampay business 

- Designed  web apps for seampay links and seampay payment links

Tagwallet Inc

- Led the UX design efforts for Payinvite, an innovative online payment processing platform developed by Tagwallet Inc, 

- Utilized user research and design thinking principles to create wireframes, prototypes, and design solutions that resulted in a seamless mobile solution and intuitive website design

Lazerpay

- Collaborated with the brand team to define getkwid app's design style

- Worked with the team to design getkwid mobile app and website

-  Owned the end to end design process of getkwid app and tested internally with the team

Upwork

- Working closely with the dev team and client,  Redesigned responsive insurance dashboards on ourea admin portal

Argyle IT & Education Limited

- Designed the admin dashboard experience

- Worked with the team to Iterate and Improve overall user experiences on Argyle learning management system (saas)

Esther Atasie is a Product Designer who has spent the last five years helping startups, including YC and Techstars backed companies, design and scale impactful digital products. Her experience spans fintech, healthcare, sports, mobility, renewable energy, and more, contributing to over $5M in funding and serving a broad and growing user base.Currently pursuing an MSc in Digital Media, she believes that continuous learning is a key differentiator in an ever-evolving design landscape, which has led her to gain experience with no-code tools like Webflow and Framer. She is also the founder of Homalabs, a design studio that partners with ambitious early-stage founders to build SaaS and AI-driven solutions that grow sustainably. Beyond product design, Esther actively mentors and shares knowledge with emerging designers and women in tech, having contributed to communities such as WeTech, Design Chics, DSC, GDG, and others.
