In this role I continued my former responsibilities while my role has also expanded to producing executive dashboards on a weekly basis, and providing analysis on any anomalies. Included in these additional responsibilities have been working with different development teams to produce new reporting, and modifying current reporting to fit new business requirements. 

In this role I also had the honor of working and training multiple interns that were taking part in the Year Up program, which assists youths in gaining an education and corporate job experience.

In this role I managed the inventory of loans going through mortgage assistance. This required analyzing data to find process gaps in addition to working with supervisors and VPs on projects to solve for those gaps. I presented on monthly meetings to report progress to multiple executive directors and managing directors. I also managed the production of multiple daily reports that needed to be sent out to different departments within default servicing.

In this role I assisted customers who were in the mortgage assistance process with status updates, payments, and other servicing needs they had with their mortgages.
