Promoted to a dispatcher and accountable for coordinating daily routes and schedules for 13 drivers, advising drivers on potential traffic problems, and providing alternative routes as needed.  
➣ Ensured the timely delivery of goods while preserving the quality and integrity of the freight.  
➣ Logged and recorded mechanical problems and led efforts to complete repairs promptly.
➣ Served as a key liaison between the drivers and the client, maintaining constant communication throughout the delivery process, and providing real-time delivery updates.

Dispatcher

Drove straight trucks over the road (OTR) in all weather conditions throughout the lower 48 states. Made daily truck inspections and minor repairs as needed.  Reviewed shipping documents, confirmed for accuracy, and checked for discrepancies. Closely followed all state and federal regulations.
