Demand is strong. ROAS is strong. Email and SMS volume just doubled after migrating the lists and warming the new system. The only drag right now is a temporary dip from turning channels off mid-migration, but the rebound is already showing up in the 30-day trend.

What’s Working
• Paid traffic is efficient with ROAS holding above 4 on low spend
• Email and SMS lists grew significantly once data synced into Omnisend
• Organic social continues driving steady assisted conversions
• Creative refreshes are converting well even with simple b-roll
• Conversion rate holding above 4 percent across all time windows

What’s Not
• Last 7 days dipped from pausing sends during migration
• Creative volume for Meta is still too low to scale aggressively
• Final BFCM funnel not fully activated yet

What We Need to Implement This Week
• Finish warming Omnisend and move to full sending before Thanksgiving
• Push Buy More Save More BFCM promo
• Increase creative output for Meta tests
• Turn on the membership widget inside the slide cart drawer
• Finalize Q1 planning while harvest winds down
