      - decrease the reliability on Online Travel Agencies by getting back a balance between direct vs indirect sales.

Little Kickers is a world-wide franchise represented in 19 countries teaching soccer for toddlers age 18 month old to the 7th birthday. It's a program designed on EDUCATION throughout play where children develop the early-learning outcomes having fun.

My roles in the company include:

- MANAGEMENT-
* Managing tasks and targets to be met daily by the team.
* Manage a team of 2 full-time managers, 1 part-time coaches/admin assistants and 30 casual staff.
* Primary contact for emergencies outside business hours.
* Set cash flow and business growth targets
* Working close by the director to plan targets.
* Quality control - Assessing classes to give feedback to the coaches to keep product at the highest standards

With over 10 years working in hospitality, my past experience as a sports teacher, and exploring the world, I came to understand that hospitality employment and career development needed to be more transparent.

I then started my journey with Schulering, a hospitality platform to transform the onboarding experience and skills development in the industry.
