As a single officer BM, responsible for all aspects of the branch including credit area, branch operations, audit compliance, digital banking, risk management, HR and general matters.

Surpassed 100% of the annual advances budget for FY 2025–26 by september 2025 while keeping SMA & NPA position at zero, in the first year of the branch’s opening.

Ensured excellent customer service and managed the  initial days of branch functioning properly.

Proactively worked and coordinated with concerned teams to enable functioning of all services of the newly opened branch.

While working as Assistant Manager (Advances), exceeded the Auto/Car Loan growth budget by 39% during FY 2022-23.

Improved the Internal Audit rating of the branch in Credit Risk Management from C to B during FY 2023-24 and complied the deviations with zero false compliances.

Achieved 97.5% of the REHBU advances budget which includes Home Loans, LAP and Top Up Loans during the FY 2023-24.

Achieved 100% of the YTD Budget of REHBU advances which includes Home Loans as on the half year end of FY 2024-25. 

Responsible for sourcing, processing and recommending loan applications for all retails loans including business loans, car loans, personal loans, home loans, agri loans, education loans, SHG loans, other priority sector govt schemes, etc.

Followup of stressed advances in soft recovery and hard recovery methods and annual review of standard agriculture loans.
