I became a founder to build cool things.
Not to become a content creator who builds cool things on the side.

Here's my 5-point game plan to hit 150 by March 31:

1. Obsess over current customers

Implement all most requests and fix all bugs, as fast as possible.

Then email every single one of them: do you know a founder who'd genuinely benefit from this?

61 happy customers is 61+ potential referrals. If that doesn't work, I'm adding an affiliate incentive. But I want to find out if people refer just because they love the product first.

2. Convert the waitlist

248 people signed up because they have a LinkedIn problem. That's not a cold list, that's a warm one.

I'm emailing all of them to figure out exactly what's stopping them from converting. My gut says 40-50% should convert because they opted in for exactly this reason.

→ What did they see? What wasn't clear? What made them hesitate?
→ Anyone who starts onboarding but drops before checkout gets a follow-up email
→ Every answer shapes the next email

3. Free tools that prove the product

One free tool a week. Based on the exact pain points I hear from founders.

→ Week 1: Custom GPT that generates LinkedIn content ideas based on your profile
→ Then follow up, learn what's still broken, build the next one

The logic: fix one real problem for free, and the paid product sells itself.

4. Weekly founder breakdowns

Every week I pick a founder killing it on LinkedIn and do a full breakdown. Their hooks, post strategy, profile, consistency. What's working and why. How you can copy it.

Starting with:

→ Alex Lieberman, cofounder of Morning Brew (scaled to 4M subscribers, sold for $75M)
→ Adam Robinson, CEO of RB2B (bootstrapped to $10M ARR, one of the most consistent LinkedIn presences in SaaS)

5. Targeted outbound

10 founders a day. Every day.

When I spot a founder on LinkedIn who's clearly using AI for content but the output is generic and flat, I reach out personally.

Honestly, not much. Was away Sunday through Wednesday, and Thursday and Friday were not planned for Ziplined either.

So last week was basically a planned write-off.

What did ship:
→ Writing engine for ChatGPT is almost done. Running final tests today. This fixes the AI voice problem I sometimes hear from ChatGPT users: "still sounds too AI, not enough like me."

This week is a recoop week:
→ 3 customer calls done this morning
→ Emailing the waitlist (254 people who opted in because they have a LinkedIn problem)
→ First founder breakdown: Alex Lieberman, cofounder of Morning Brew (4M subscribers, sold for $75M)
→ Shipping free tool #1: a custom GPT that generates LinkedIn content ideas from your profile
→ Shipping simpler better onboarding

Main aim: is 150 by March 31.
