In this role, I worked with the Virginia Institute of Marine Science, local farmers, and seafood restaurateurs to plan an oyster farm on 40 acres of leased land in accordance with Virginia maritime and agricultural law. Once we were ready to begin building, I worked with the property owner, Stephen O'Keefe, to write a grant proposal and win $40,000 from the United States Department of Agriculture. 

Using said $40,000, I hired and managed a small team to create a functioning oyster reef and farm in the Mobjack bay near Jamestown, Virginia.

Investigate charges of employment discrimination: prepare investigation plans, interview witnesses, gather facts, assess evidence, draft requests for information to charging parties and employers, determine the theory of discrimination that applies to the charge, analyze the information provided by the employer, present findings and recommendations to federal investigators.
