I first started in the insurance world as a customer service rep. I interacted with every customer and built a solid foundation in customer service. Slowly and carefully, I learned every aspect of the business and worked my way up to Vice President. In 2015, to better reflect our core mission, we rebranded to Stonebrook Insurance.

When I joined the business, Dad had me start in customer service, helping clients with simple stuff. 
As time went on, he moved me up, emphasizing the need to absorb and learn everything I saw along the way.

And learn I did.

I learned the importance of listening, really listening, to a client’s questions and concerns.

I learned how important it was to be trustworthy and have the clients' best interest in mind, always. 

And I learned the value of being thorough and not missing things that could cost a lot down the road. 

In 2015, my father retired, and I assumed a leadership role at the agency.

The name changed but our values stayed the same.
