📍 From 2019 onwards, having paid royalty fees for stage plays, I’ve been running my own theatre company. My involvement in the company includes:
▪️ acting,
▪️ puppeteering,
▪️ puppet design,
▪️ scenography.

📍 My theatre company was founded on values which I consider important. The importance of these values, as it turns out, is being recognized, so much that they see application within various organizations - where they facilitate management, business processes, leadership and other vital spheres of activity. It motivated me to dive deeper into the subject and begin putting my knowledge into practice. As of today, I have almost 5 years of experience in fixing and optimizing the performance of various organizations.

 📍 Despite fierce competition, I still manage to find contract work abroad, not just Poland, which makes the quality of my (our) work more evident.
Such contracts are usually obtained by either: hearing about them through the grapevine, being noticed and contacted by an agent, or via cold calling - in the case of the latter, I utilize promotional material (trailers, performance recordings, pictures, story summaries). It’s crucial that I weigh my words during these important conversations. This is where my skills, honed on the stage and via business networking, come in - these are also the skills that I teach during my cooperation with various institutions.

📍 One of my core strengths is my determination and fast learning abilities. Łukasz Puczko made me an offer to co-run his theatre company because he understood that I put my heart and soul into my work.


📍 During my work for this theatre company, I perfected a dog puppet animation technique to a level where it was difficult to tell whether it was a puppet or an actual, living animal. In mere 3 months, via duplication exercises, I achieved a level of mastery normally requiring 9 years of continuous practice. I have raised my acting ability to a festival level.

📍 My involvement in the company includes:
▪️ puppet design / maintenance,
▪️ preparing the puppets for the performance,
▪️ representing the company internationally,
▪️ building relationships with event organizers - thanks to my efforts we were invited to the following festival,
▪️ tracking activity of other theater companies/freelancers in order to improve our own strategies.

📍 It’s usually rare for one to be invited back to the next iteration of a particular festival without changing one’s repertoire. It is a feat that we have managed to accomplish, however, which by itself is a testament to the quality of our work. This proves how important it is to invest time into building customer relationships in order to leave a lasting impression.

📍 My main goal is to tailor my work to each customer’s personality, matching their natural talents and skills. It puts the customer in a more comfortable position. The process, instead of being tiresome, offers prospects for enjoyable personal growth. Divadlo Continuo Theatre (CZ)

📍 Divadlo Continuo Theatre is a cyclical event, taking form of summer workshops over the course of 1-1.5 months. I consider my participation in it a major personal success owing to the fact that:
▪️ I have qualified for the workshops 4 times in a row and on my 5th I was invited without needing to submit my own application.
▪️ I was recognized by the event’s organizers in my capacity as an actor and creator, as evidenced by the time I was given to perform on stage - which was relatively long with reference to the duration of the entire play. I view it as a major success, first of all because the project itself is prestigious, meaning that I had to compete with brilliant performers with high acting skills. Second of all, it was a major challenge to create a work which would match the show’s high standards and represent a certain level of sophistication while still remaining appealing to an average viewer; the director selected my work, which means I have met the aforementioned criteria.

▪️ scenography in selected non-theatrical locations,
▪️ costume/puppet design

📍 Taking advantage of my natural rapport building skills, as well as the necessity to build an extra income stream, I decided to become a network representative. ERA’s Ranger Uranium Mine is located within the Kakadu National Park, a world heritage listed site. This $80 million project involved the installation of a brine concentrator facility enabling the treatment of process water on site.

Mobilised new employees to site. Organised uniforms, PPE, inductions, payroll information, flights and accommodation. Mobilised project offices, crib rooms and ablution blocks and set up site facilities.

Project Aurora was a $1 billion project involving the construction of a 330,000 tonnes-per-year fully integrated Ammonium Nitrate complex. The facility comprises ammonia, nitric acid, and ammonium nitrate plants plus infrastructure, utilities, and power generation as well as a 700-man camp and 60 company houses.

Managed a document database and electronic library of 24,000+ construction drawings, procedures, specifications and associated documents. Managed a team to receive and process 30,000+ field inspection checklists to track completeness prior to and during Pre-Commissioning.

I maintained the document register and electronic library of more than 52,300 documents on behalf of the client. Project library contained 105.3TB of data filed in 1,996 folders. Processed 3,700+ document transmittals to send/receive 47,200+ documents. Trained and supervised a team of site
document controllers and assistants. Compiled Manufacturing Data Reports (MDR) for completed projects. Handed over all of the above project documentation upon project completion.

Designed and documented the Completions procedure on behalf of the EPCM to receive 30,000 Field Inspection Checklists from the principal contractor. Trained and managed a team of three Completions Administrators. Tracked completeness progress and ensured FIC documents were approved and satisfactory in line with contractual policies using web-based Completions Connect software.

Maintained the Weld Tracking Register for 15,000+ welds including data entry of NDT requests, tests and results and other documentation.

RGP5 was a US$4.8 billion investment to increase iron ore capacity to more than 200 Mtpa in 2011. Designed and implemented a new accommodation management system to maximise occupancy at three remote camps in the Pilbara Region. Documented the accompanying user manual. Processed 100+ accommodation requests daily, and within 24 hours of receipt.
