It's also given me great appreciation for life and made me grateful.

Money only solves your money problems.

It can't repair or build trust.
It can't make people love you.

It can't even solve your money problems IF character flaws cause them.

Get enough to live a stress-free life, but not so much that you create more stress.

Because remember: Some people are so poor that money is all they have.

Everything is simultaneously a big joke and deadly serious.

If this doesn't make sense, then you either play too much or not enough

There will be times when people want you to change your mind or opinion because it makes them uncomfortable. 

You might think about backtracking or changing your opinion, but you have to remember:

The moment they gave you the ultimatum to change, the relationship between two free-thinking people was over. 

Either you cave and resentment dissolves the friendship over time, or you resist and it ends immediately.

The best lies have a small grain of truth and are spread by people with just above-average intelligence.

They are smart enough to make a convincing argument, but not smart (or willing) enough to realize the holes in it.

And sadly, neither are most people, so they fall for it.

My wellness journey started at an early age, meditating with my grandmother.

Seeing her peaceful face, listening to the wind and my breath — there wasn’t anything like it. 

Before I dived into wellness full-time, I built a career in tech.  

For 15 years:

- I consulted on projects like Hyperloop One, the Roads and Transport Authority of Dubai, and King Abdullah Economic City.
- I worked with big brands like IBM, UAE Armed Forces, Al Jazeera Network, Emirates Aluminium, and Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi.

Along my tech career, I kept my wellness journey alive. 

I became a wellness entrepreneur and a triple-certified coach in therapeutic yoga, nutrition, and deep health.

I've helped people with different issues in nutrition, mobility, and mental health.

But within 6 months of starting my practice, I realized how difficult it was to build and grow my business as a wellness coach:

☠️ Not knowing how to promote myself in this competitive field
☠️ Not having a connected tech stack, often drowning in admin
☠️ Missing out on improving my craft because of the above

That’s when I set up Kokorology, a 1:1 coaching I still run today.

Business picked up.

I launched 2 more brands under Kokorology - Re and Style Alchemists - to help further bring wellness to people across the globe. 

But something was still missing. I felt that the wellness space needed to change.

It was fragmented. And it created a lot of issues for coaches and people that needed help on their wellness journey.

“There has to be a better solution, right?”, I thought to myself.

That’s when the idea of Codex was born 💡

Codex is a smart directory that matches clients with their preferred wellness professional.

The goal is double-edged: 

1 → To make it easy for clients to find the best coaches for health, wellbeing, and sports.
2 → To make it easy for wellness coaches to set up, promote, and deliver their services. 

It's my belief that creating a platform like Codex is the best way to bring wellness to 8 billion people around the world.
